Bedford resident Ronald Carvalho urges voters to support retired Col. Pete Kujawski for the New Hampshire House, citing his military, business and community experience.

Now more than ever we need a common-sense leader representing Bedford in the New Hampshire House. Someone who supports fiscal responsibility and a quality education. Someone who has run a business and understands the impact of taxes on small-business owners. Someone who understands military service and protects our sons, daughters and members of our National Guard, ensuring they are properly funded, trained and ready to respond when our country calls.

Col. Pete Kujawski, U.S. Army (Ret.), is that individual, a man who was responsible for helping protect New England during the 9/11 attacks. During his 30 years in Bedford, Pete’s five children attended Bedford schools, and he recognizes the quality of education our schools provide and the importance of school sports. Active in his community, he’s volunteered as a youth coach, is a member of the Knights of Columbus and is active in his church. Pete’s been a small-business owner and run midsize companies as an executive. He’s lived and worked in five states, including Massachusetts, Maryland and California; he knows well the impact of business and sales taxes on our wallets and will protect our New Hampshire Advantage.

Pete is the type of fiscally responsible, common-sense leader who will represent all of Bedford’s citizens rather than a partisan politician. We need more leaders like Pete, and I encourage you to support him on Nov. 3!
